Homework will run Friday to Friday. Set on a Friday and returned by the following Friday.
Homework will consist of weekly spellings, TTRS, a maths task and reading.
Homework can be submitted directly on the template via SeeSaw. Or a paper copy can be complete and a photograph uploaded to SeeSaw.
Reading
Read a range of texts both in school and at home.
Book circle takes place in school on a Wednesday.
Read at least 5x per week in a calm, quiet place.
Record your reading using the reading record on SeeSaw (if this is difficult or not practical for you and your child, then please ask for a paper reading diary).
Spelling
Spelling homework sent home on a Friday.
Spelling test on Friday.
Complete the look/say/cover/write/check activity weekly.
