General Information

If you have any queries, please feel free to contact us.  We are also happy to make an appointment and meet at a mutually convenient time.  Your child's learning and well-being is very important to us.



Once your child has been given their diary, it should stay at home.  You can upload what your child has read to Seesaw under the reading activity set weekly.  



Homework and spellings will be given out on a Wednesday and handed in the following Wednesday via Seesaw.


Reading - 5 x 15 minutes per week

PE will take place every Wednesday and Friday.  Both indoor and outdoor PE kits should remain in school in a drawstring bag.  They will be sent home at the end of each half term so that they can washed.  Please remember to bring them back at the start of each new half term.  Swimming usually starts after Easter.


Indoor kit - black shorts, white tee-shirt and black pumps.

Outdoor kit - black shorts, white tee shirt, black jogging trousers (for colder days), black hoodie/jumper (for colder days) and trainers.


Please provide socks for any girls who are wearing tights, as tights will not be allowed to be used in PE.  Earrings must be removed; plaster cannot be used to cover them up.


Pencil Cases

Please provide a pencil case including:

  • pencil
  • colouring pencils
  • ruler
  • rubber
  • sharpener
  • glue stick
  • scissors
  • highlighter

These items may need to be renewed from time to time.


Water, Snacks and Lunches

Please fill up transparent, sports-top, plastic bottles (available from the office for £1) with unflavoured, still water only.  KS1 children are provided with one piece of fruit a day however your child may like to bring an extra snack in too.  Please provide fruit snacks only.  


Unfortunately, children are unable to choose their lunches in school.  Please choose your child's lunch at home using this web page:



Due to limitations in space, please provide your child with a messenger style bag.
